06/01/20: Due to COVID-19, we are no longer accepting returns. We will update this page when returns are available for store credits.

Returns are eligible for a store credit ONLY within 7 business days of delivery date. Customers are financially responsible for returning items. Returns past the one week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at customers expense. Please include your packing slip in your return. Email us at (shopraykakes@gmail.com) informing us that you are returning your package and to receive further information on return location. 

Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled! 

What can be returned? 

* Items that are UNWORN & unwashed

* Items free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant, cigarette smoke, and stains of any kind.
